Do weights change the chance of winning?

Name picking never selects the same entry twice within one draw. With winner exclusion enabled, previous winners are excluded from later draws too. Editing the list resets exclusions.
Identical names remain separate participants. Entering a name more than once may increase its overall chance of selection, so check your list.
Team sizes differ by at most one person. With a maximum team size, the required team count is calculated before dividing evenly. Balancing by skill or experience is not supported.
The wheel uses weight ratios for probabilities and segment sizes. The result is chosen first, then the animation stops there. With many entries, some wheel labels are hidden; results still show full names.
